Electronic Harmonix is not making the Russian Big Muff any longer.  We can still Mod Your Russian Big Muff!  So we are only selling the NYC Big Muff Mod NEW.  Otherwise snag a Russian Muff on eBay and send that to us. 

Overall, the Russian is a bit darker and smoother but has less gain.  The NYC has a bit more "edge" and more gain.  They both get the Peptone "Mojo" but they do have a difference.  They both get the Mids Mod that allows you to go from one end of the spectrum to the other! (Highly schooped Mids to Pushed Mids in your face!)  After the Mods both the NYC and the Russian can be handled by Bass and Guitar players, they won’t disappoint.
