Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We know how it is out there. PepTone creates our guarantee to allow you to have a chance to make sure you love your new product. We want to make it as easy as possible.
When you buy a PepTone Custom Effects and NEW Mods, we guarantee your 100% approval of the product. If decide you do not like your product, you can contact PepTone Electronics within 2 weeks of receiving your purchase for a full original purchase refund. The product must appear as if new.
RETURNS:
International Buyers: Due to the high cost in overseas shipping, if you wish to return the pedal ALL shipping costs are non-refundable. Just the original pedal purchase amount.
Domestic Buyers: Original Purchase price is refundable if item returned within the 2 week guarantee period. You just pay shipping the pedal back (Pedal price and original shipping price refunded)
*The 100% PepTone Guarantee does not apply for the purchase of the "PepTone Modifies your Boss/pedal" products. This is due to the fact that the pedal was not NEW and the only thing new on it is the modifications itself, I cannot just return the modification only. So the return cannot be fully completed with the Mods only.
PepTone Custom Effects: 5 Year full warranty on all parts and labor.
Modifed Effects: 2 Year warranty on all Modifications; the original company warranty (example: Boss) is void due to the modifications done on the effect.

Modified Effects: Allow 1-2 weeks for the pedal to be modified. Usually we can get this out the door faster but it's not guaranteed.
Custom Effects: 1-2 weeks to build the pedal. Then time for the pedal to ship.
