PepTone is a guitar pedal and Effects Company dedicated and focused on making Mods, Effects Pedals and Switchers / Routers that contain elements that no others have.  All of our ideas were developed from hands on ideas that we personally experienced.  We don't just make a plain AB switcher design or a plain Hi-Fi "Distortion" Mod out of convenience. 

We want to make tone with a purpose.

All of our products are unique and have little ideas and details that make them useful and to be honest just flat out better.

We are a smaller company compared to the others out there; we keep a local Mom and Pop shop feel with national resources (thanks to the web!).  PepTone is made of musicians and all of our products are made because we had a use for them and/or couldn't find another product do what we wanted it to do.

We don't charge re-stocking fees, we offer a return policy with a 2 week full purchase price return guarantee.   This gives you the PepTone Guarantee that our product will work with your setup.  Don't let us tell you that our product is good, try it yourself. 

We are dedicated to tone just as much as you are and we know just because one pedal "sounds good" doesn't mean it is going to work with everyone and every setup.  That's another reason why we offer the PepTone 100% Two Week Guarantee.

Our suppliers are all in the US.  So when we say made in the USA we don't just make it here, we also order our parts and supplies here too.

Our pedal warranties are unheard of.  When it comes to the Mods we uphold the original warranty timeframe (Example: Boss Warranty is 5 years, we offer 5 year warranty then) and our routers, loopers and switchers come with an unheard of lifetime warranty.

The parts used for our Mods, pedals and switchers are the highest quality we can get our hands on.  We do not cut down on cheap parts. 

All in all, we have seen others only offer short 2 year warranties, charge restocking fees for returns, use cheaper parts, use overseas suppliers...this is not what the guitar/bass player needs.
