FAQ
Q: What form of payments do you accept through your online store?
A: We accept PayPal and Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). Once you check out through our store you will be directed to PayPal's website; from there you can sign into your PayPal account OR if you do not have a PayPal you can pay using a Credit Card (as listed above) to check out. You will simply click continue where it says "Don't have a PayPal Account? " and click continue. This is to the left of where it prompts you to sign into PayPal.
Q: I see you have a Mod for ______ Pedal...is it anything like the other Modifications out there?
A: First off, we have not played every Mod out there, so it gets difficult to compare. However, when we developed the Mods for the Boss, TS-9, Cry Baby and Big Muff Pedals we built them from the ground up. Meaning we first started with the stock pedal and played with it in the studio, live and "living room" situations...then we decided what was good and what needed improvements. From there we decided what the pedal should do and act. Each pedal is taken to hold character. For instance, we don't just Mod the pedals the pedals to get a generic "Hi-Fi" Distortion pedal. There are many like that. Each of our Mods took a year or more to develop, test and bring to full maturity. Very very dedicated to unique tone, character and the puriest tone possible.
Q: I see you call your Switcher and Router Pedals (AB, AB-Y and such) "Passive" switchers. Aren't these "True Bypass"?
A: Technically speaking, No. The reason being is because you have to have an effect to "bypass" to get a True Bypass. However, the reference of True Bypass has become common place for these switcher without Buffers and such that many refer to them as True Bypass. So the answer is "technically No" but there are people that refer to them as True Bypass. Whatever works as long as you understand what makes the pedal work.
Q: I see that there are other Router/Switcher and Looper builders out there that sell the pedals at a lower/higher cost. Why is that?
A: If our pedal costs more than another builder out there, I would look again...we only use Switchcraft jacks, top shelf enclosures (like Hammond), top shelf stomp switchers and so on. We only use high quality parts. Not to mention we also give all of our pedals the battery option (and comes stocked with an industrial 9v) in addition to the 9V adapter option. We also offer a 2 week guarantee and a Full lifetime Warranty and such...So all things considered we usually offer something above and beyond others (even for the ones that charge more!). We don't TELL you that the product is what you want/need, we let you decide.
How can we offer a lifetime warranty? Well, we back up what we say. We want you to be confident in your purchase. We only use top shelf parts and labor...here is our proof: LIFETIME WARRANTY. As long as the pedal was used for correct purpose, we fix it. (Domestic buyers pay one way of shipping and International buyers pay shipping both ways for warranty repairs.)
Q: Do you accept trade-ins?
A: Never have...but if you have some vintage or rare item we may consider. In other words, if you have a Boss DS-1, TS-9 etc. or any common pedal...we will not accept a pedal as a form of payment for Mod/Build service provided.
