PepTone Warranty Information:

PepTone custom effects and switchers are supported by our lifetime warranty. If the pedal breaks and/ or doesn't work for its intended use, send it back to us and you will get  a free repair or replacement.  

Our Modifications are held by a strong 5 year warranty for the pedal and a lifetime warranty for the Mod.  In other words, all modified parts by PepTone have a full lifetime warranty.  The pedal parts that are not part of the modification have the 5 year warranty.  In some cases this is longer than the original manufacturer warranty and others it a match. 

For all of our warranty work domestic customers pay shipping one way and International customers pay shipping both ways.

If we built it...we stand behind it.  It's that simple.

PepTone 100% Guarantee Information:

What is the PepTone Guarantee?  It is a service we provide since you cannot physically hold and try out our products with your gear until you receive it.  PepTone not only stands behind the product we sell but we follow through with it.  The 100% Guarantee gives you two weeks to try any NEW PepTone product.  If you decide to send it back, you get the refund. We want to make it as easy as possible.

* Please note, this is for only NEW products. This does not apply for "We Mod Your xxxxx Pedal" This is due to the fact that the pedal was not NEW and the only thing new on it is the modifications itself, we cannot just return the modification only. So the return cannot be fully completed with the Mods only.

Return Policy (Domestic):

PepTone has a 2 week Guarantee. This gives you 2 weeks to try the product out with your setup. If you decide not to keep it, simply contact us for a FULL invoice refund (Minus what it costs to ship it back to us; the original price and original shipping costs are fully refunded back to you).

Return Policy (International):

PepTone has a 2 week Guarantee. This gives you 2 weeks to try the product out with your setup. If you decide not to keep it, simply contact us for a FULL product refund (Only the pedal/product price is refunded. The shipping costs both ways are not refundable).
